We are not from Lancaster but ,while we were here visiting ,we found we needed a laundromat. We wanted one close to Lancaster city and yet not directly in downtown . This place was perfect. It’s new ,extremely clean , has pleasant owners, and has a large number of machines in all sizes that are new. The location was just what we were looking with parking available on premises. Highly recommend

Luxe Laundry is the brightest and cleanest laundry I have ever used. There are a variety of washer and dryer sizes to accommodate any load. The owner was most pleasant and helpful for my first visit. I could get accustomed to going to the laundromat at this location!

Visiting the area from Iowa and needed a laundromat. Everything about Luxe Laundry was convenient and easy. The facilities were incredibly clean and everything was functioning well. I was able to work on my computer while waiting for the laundry to finish. Altogether a great place to get laundry done.

My husband planned to bring our down comforter here and spend a good portion of the afternoon to wash it. The owner, Andrea, greeted him and let him know he could drop it off and pick it up later in the day. Because there was a coupon, it didn't cost much more than wasting all afternoon doing it himself. He picked it up later, fresh and nicely folded in a vinyl reusable bag. Fantastic. The place is also lovely and clean. If we didn't have our own washer and dryer, this would be our laundromat but it's definitely our new go-to for big items.

This is by far the most appealing laundromat I have ever been to. It is clean, well lit, and the furniture invites you to stay. There is even a little section for children, with toys and miniature furniture, in case you have little ones. The best way to describe Luxe Laundry is, if all laundromats are motels, this place is like a vacation resort. You acutally don't mind staying there as you wait. They even provide free wifi for laptops. This place has actual ammenities. The equiptment is state of the art, with no quarters needed, but a card to use, and the price is not much higher than your typical laundromat. The proprietor was extremely helpful and explained the modern options with the touch screens. Everything about the experience says redefining laundry, which is their motto. It honestly redefined what I thought my day was going to be like, which was to acutally enjoy a chore.

I am very happy to have found this laundromat! Convenient and new while also making laundry day easy. Each washer and dryer has different options that assist in ensuring your clothes are clean and taken care of. Ownership is awesome and always keeps the machines and laundromat clean and welcoming. My son and I are able to complete our laundry while finishing homework or relaxing to read the latest book. Thank you so much for making this feel like home! 💜

Today was my first time at this laundromat. I’m here currently waiting for my wash in this very comfortable waiting area. It is so clean in here it smells amazing, the washer was pristine, no residue left from previous wash. It’s very efficient. I have a king size comforter and I used the xl washer, only 35 minutes!! Reasonably priced too. I will 100% be coming here for all my big items. I would 10/10 recommend. They also have soap/dryer sheets in case you forget.

I hate doing laundry. Well, I used to hate doing laundry - now that I've found Luxe, a chore has become relaxation! This laundromat is perfectly clean, the washers & dryers themselves (& the bathroom) are also perfectly clean! Helpful, friendly staff is there keeping it clean! Their laundry card system is easy to use. There are several sizes of washers to use & they really do hold the number of loads that the signs overhead say. There is an option you can use BEFORE YOU ADD CLOTHES OR SOAP: you can "rinse the machine" for 75 cents. The machines were so clean I didn't see the need. But if you are concerned that the person before you used a soap with a strong scent, or you have skin sensitivities (like me), I appreciate the option! My laundry washed & tumbled efficiently. Explore the washers menu & you'll see several extra options. I liked the "heavy" duty wash option and high velocity spin for my sturdy towels, etc. HELPFUL TIP: You need very very little laundry soap - if you see lots of suds through the glass, you used too much. The dryers are huge & efficient. My clothes tumbled freely & came out perfectly. Definitely add the "Reversing Tumble" for 25 cents! I didn't use Softener or dryer sheets but my towels are the softest they've ever been. OK, now I'm caught up on all my linens - I can't wait to go back & do clothes! (PS, some of the different photos I'm posting show various prices. That reflects various sizes of washers/loads and various options that I selected.)

Luxe Laundry is extremely clean and cute. It’s right down the street from Belmont Shops, it’s also very safe. I paid $10 total and my white comforter came out cleaner than the day I bought it! We love Luxe laundry!
